Inspections are carried out before or after the completion of each production batch.

Inspections Protocols Includes:

• Random selection made on samples for inspections
• Extend samplings on any potential quality concerns.
• All inspection process are video recorded and uploaded on onedrive for clients to review all product inspection process.

Generate full report on inspection results.

Any potential concern, whether in product quality or production process will be fully reported.

Confirm whether issue are arised from systematic issue or due to human errors.

Provide suggestions and solutions advice for immediate improvement.
